“ Not only was the burger damn delicious, when I dropped my peanut butter shake, they absolutely refused to take my money and gave me a replacement for free. Excellent customer service makes me so mad, five out of five stars. Unfortunately not disappointed and will come again. ”
“ I miss Ralphs in Gainesville, he was the original owner of In-N-Out burgers where I ate there as a child, I always got the grilled ham and cheese. but then when Ralph's sold in and out they had a clause in the contract they could not be in competition but after 5 or so years he was to open a new location across the street it was the best for quite some time now it looks like the best is out side of town in chiefland. Thanks Ralph's burgers for hanging in there and being the best. I'll be stopping by next time I'm in chiefland that's for sure. keep them hot and salty, See you soon. ”
